Le Tour Du Hack 2025 CTF Rules
General Conduct
- Play fair and have fun.
- Respect all participants, volunteers and organisers.
- No harassment, discrimination or exclusionary behaviour; we follow the Berlin Code of Conduct.
- Do not disrupt other teams’ work or the overall event atmosphere.
Technical Rules
- Do not attack or interfere with the CTFd platform, organisers’ infrastructure, or other teams’ systems.
- Do not share, forward or post any flags outside your own team.
- Do not launch denial-of-service or excessive enumeration tools (e.g. mass directory bruting).
- All flags must be submitted only through this site.
AI Usage
- You may use AI tools for research, learning and hints—but you must not submit AI-generated solutions verbatim.
- If we suspect submissions derived solely from AI outputs, you may face disqualification or further action.
Onsite & Physical Challenges
- Follow all instructions provided for physical or onsite tasks.
- Do not endanger yourself or others; comply with health, safety and venue regulations.
- Physical challenge flags must be collected in person and submitted via CTFd like digital flags.
Enforcement & Appeals
- Violations of any rule may result in point deductions, disqualification, or additional sanctions.
- The organisers’ decisions are final. If you believe an error has occurred, contact committee immediately for review.
If you have any issues or questions wave excessively at a committee member and they'll probably look confused but will eventually realise you need help.
